Bianca Macanga is a board certified nurse practitioner with extensive experience in gastrointestinal medicine and acute care management. She is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care and helping individuals navigate complex digestive conditions with confidence and understanding.
Bianca earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Akron in 2008 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Kent State University in 2014. Her educational background and clinical expertise allow her to deliver high-quality, evidence-based GI care tailored to each patient’s needs.
She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Wound, Ostomy & Continence Nurses Society, staying engaged with advancements in digestive health, chronic GI conditions, and care management strategies.
Her clinical interests include Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and the management of patients in acute care settings. Bianca is known for her approachable demeanor, clear communication, and strong commitment to patient education.
